The strategy of solving the social problems as a tool to prevent from the social exclusion

Summary/Abstract: Both the scale and the diversity of contemporary occurring social problems are necessary to search for the effective methods of reducing them. Act of 12.03.2004 of Social Welfare requires local government to develop local strategies for addressing social problems. The scope of these programs includes the concepts dealing with such social problems as poverty, unemployment, orphanhood, disability, addiction, the threat of public safety, domestic violence, etc. This article aims to analyze the importance of county and municipal strategy for social problems solving, and a provincial strategy for social policy in preventing from the social exclusion.
