The Issue of Pre-Campaigning in Local Elections in the Level of Commune

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the performance of canvassing in the course of the so-called information actions within pre-campaigning in elections of local self-governing bodies, which directly precedes an official electoral campaign. It seems that, under the existing state of law, there is a loophole relating to that type of activities which are beyond the scope of supervision which are beyond the scope of supervision covered by electoral bodies.
