Summary/Abstract: The Regional Operational Program is a program that implements important elements of the National Regional Developmnet Strategy of the PND. The ROP is structured in four main priority axes and nine areas of intervention as well as a main action with two areas of intervention fated for the technical assistance by which the good implemntation of the program is insured. The document presentes the financial plan of the Regional Operational Program.
