Summary/Abstract: The main goal of this article is to present how to obtain European funds for companies from tourism sector. The paper describes the practical principles that will help in the effective preparation of project documentation, the basic principles of programming, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and financial control in applying for a funds from the European Social Fund under the Human Capital Programme.
