Summary/Abstract: Considering the importance of the customs service in the system of state administration , the author has endeavored to analyze the status of the work of customs officers, as well as the personal element Customs Organisation as part of the entire civil service system. Bearing in mind the specific status of customs officers, in particular analyzes of authority, responsibility and ethical rules relevant for the performance of customs operations, as well as certain provisions relating to the legal status of customs officers .
