Summary/Abstract: The article presents an overview of the history of the Balkans in the second half of the nineteenth century and the formation of independent states. In the second part, are presented documents of the conferences in the Balkans from the early 30s of last century. The four Balkan Conferences (1930-1933) remain in history by that provided the opportunity for representatives of public opinion in this geographical area to sit at the same table, to discuss, to agree on joint programs, organize joint actions according to the agreements reached.
