Summary/Abstract: The study, based on testimonies vintage in newspapers of the time, the memoirs and official documents showing the complexity of the ethnic Balkan Peninsula in the early twentieth century. In this context, reference is made to the Balkan Wars. Broadly, they are presented views on the consequences of the Peace Treaty of Bucharest, especially on the Aromanians and Megleno-Romanians from Balkan states; many of them will sit in the 20s, at the “brothers” from Romania.
