Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the legal consequences of conviction, that conviction can not be represented by a judge, notary, legal experts, attorneys, prosecutors, security, police. Not be elected deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea citizen who has been convicted of a premeditated crime.
