Summary/Abstract: The phenomenon of soil pollution is not specific to a single state, to a continentor another, but it is a generalized phenomenon. This is why, in the context ofdiversification and multiplication of its sources of pollution, it has become necessarythe finding of certain efficient legal means for their national, regional and internationalcombating. Thus, having as starting point all these reasons, the current study presentssome of the actions performed by the European Union and on the international level inthe area of soil pollution prevention.
