Summary/Abstract: ISO technical committee ISO/TC 176 is responsible for the ISO 9000 family of standards for quality management and quality assurance. National delegations of 81 countries participate in its work,while another 21 (February 2009) countries have observer status. The ISO 9000 family of international quality management standards and guidelines (totally 18), has earned a global reputation as a basis for establishing effective and efficient quality management system.This paper show basic information about ISO9001:2008, ISO 9004:2009 and future ISO TC 176 on advanced QMS model (probably ISO 9001:2015).
