Summary/Abstract: The current business models are too simple to handle all variables that govern the global economic reality. Differently put, the existing risk management models must be improved in order to be able to handle the new reality imposed by digital economy. In this light, it is perfectly justifiable the intention to change the approaching method for risk management practices. This paper is analyzing one of these approaches, enlightening the role of implementing a database system in the risk communication and risk management process.
