Summary/Abstract: In this study, sectors which are located in the Istanbul Stock Exchange analyzed through various financial ratios, PROMETHEE method was applied. Which sectors of the promised future for investors is conducted to determine in the study. Proportional data information on the sectors obtained from the tables prepared with the data provided by Reuters Limited ve Matriks Bilgi Dağıtım Hiz. A.Ş. and İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Acquiring date of the data is 09/10/2016. According to the PROMETHEE method applied, ranking of the sectors in terms of investors is; Financial Sector, Industrial Sector, Services Sector, Technology Sector.
