Summary/Abstract: Numerous reasons have generated the need for computerization of jobs in the Gračanica municipality. By creating SWING PROCESS MANAGER, faster, more efficient, and more manageable document management is enabled, which is essentially reflected in the workload. In addition to the professional and work effect, other steps have been made - which primarily concern the proper communication of the municipality's organs with citizens satisfyingly satisfying their needs.
