Summary/Abstract: After World War II several laws on confiscation, nationalization and other aspects of the taking of the property of its owner were issued. This happened on the Croatian territory. Author marks the funds in which documents about the findings and describes the archival experience in the state archives of Osijek especially in the archival collection center in Vinkovci in the improvement of archival funds in which this documentation is, paying greater attention of archives containing the documentation to prove ownership of the seized property after 1945 in Croatia.
