Summary/Abstract: The main objective of this study was to formalize management theory methods. The goals are: Describe business process modeling technology and essence of small business and enterprise. To create the algorithm of Motivational methodology of Management theory, to provide formal decision-making and enforcement models. The main object was algorithmes of the management decision-making theory and enforcement. Research methods: business process modeling and analysis. Commerce - satisfaction of user needs with the utility for a businessman. The sense of smell for money, entrepreneurial ingenuity, talent of development of original business ideas are businessman‘s the strongest sides. Interesting that in small business everything is decided by the owner (or by his delegated director), and the implementation of the budget is only possible to the extent of his understanding of the need to limit the use of financial resources. Simply, the first budgets are purely technical: not so much leadership as forecast. Besides business profit, business train may become the usage of management development motivation methods. Phases of Managerial actions process: Identification of specific entities in the environment. Specific entity awares his interests Entity captures his problems in the context of those interests. The entity makes decision, which is directed to remedy / resolution of the problem. The circle of Business activity enforcement. Any additional connection in the graph aparts and replaces the functions of the element, which is to the left of the arrow depicting the connection. In order manage meaningfully there can not be entered any other communications between the enforcement circle elements. For example, the connection between „Execution and control“ distinguish „Monitoring and verification if activities are meaningful and effective“ and the connection between „Regulation and the completion of works“ will improve the timeliness, but also it would also adversely affect the overall performance, because the functions of „Organization of works (resource supply...)“ will be changed. There can be no communication among "Execution and work organization“. In this case there may occur a situation in which performance will be assessed in accordance with accounting or warehousing KPI. In this way, the circle of enforcement rendered in Fig.4 is perfect. However this is model, which is often not used in real life. This paradoxical situation is so well known that we even do not consider it as a paradox: work, performed at lower costs and better quality, is often not encouraged. When the small business entity carrying out the work is the sole employee, he has consistently perform all four functions of the enforcement circle. Development of information technologies affect the activity of organizations and requires to respond adequately with managerial tools. In this work there were presented the decision-making and enforcement algorithmes based on BPMN. IT usage is the most important way to respond adequately to changes in the macroeconomics.
