Summary/Abstract: The paper realizes an analysis of the position of energy consumers and presents some ways of influencing the behaviour of the energy consumers. The paper dealt also with the issue of the protection of domestic electricity and gas consumer which aims, in particular, its arights to receive energy at any time, in safe conditions and at affordable prices.
