Summary/Abstract: The scope of this work does not allow us develop all aspects of the discussed problem but gives an opportunity to pay attention to legal regulations of relations arising from employment as well as to the quality and quantity of regulations. The importance of the given problem is defined by a necessity to understand the way interpolitical and legal life is regulated in the information sphere, by which features the information law is perceived as a branch of law and science, and how the aspects under analysis influence the formation of an information society.
