Summary/Abstract: On April 26, 1989 the Congregation for the Causes of Saints granted Cardinal J. Glemp the nihil obstat to begin a diocesan investigation. The material from the diocesan investigation was then sent to Apostolic See where, following the decree of validity, the Roman phase for the cause of Servant of God Cardinal S. Wyszyński, Primate of the Millennium (1901-1981), was begun. On October 24, 2015 Cardinal K. Nycz, with the postulator of the cause delivered three volumes of the Positio Super Vita, Virtutibus et Fama Sanctitatis to Cardinal Angelo Amato, Prefect for the Congregation for the Causes of Saints. The beatification Cardinal Wyszyński will highlight the figure of the Servant of God, his teaching and especially his role during a difficult period in the history of Poland. The heroic life and virtue of Servant of God Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński are worthy of imitation showing him to be an authentic master with a profound interior and spiritual life.
