Summary/Abstract: Provisions of the penal code are a base of the criminal liability of the medical staff from6 June 1997. This responsibility includes acts directed against goods as particularly protected asthe life or the health of the man. Penalties can be consequences of breaking into these goods: of thefine, the restriction or the imprisonment. The article included issues associated with pointing anddescribing instruments of the protection of patient's rights and based on the criminal law.
