Summary/Abstract: Abstract: This article constitutes a continuation of the subject of analysis regarding the intermediate plurality of criminal offenses [whose presentation began with the article “When does (not) exist an intermediate plurality of criminal offenses? (I) Particularities of the regulation stipulated by article 44 par. (1) from the Romanian Criminal Code”, published in the Scientific Annals of “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi, Tom LXI, Juridical Sciences, no. I / 2015]. In the present context, our analysis of the institution of intermediate plurality of criminal offenses continues with a focus on the sanctioning aspects of this form of plurality of offenses (expressly regulated by the current Romanian Criminal Code).
