Experiences of the Silesian Chamber of Physicians in the integration of forensic doctors

Summary/Abstract: One of the form of physicians and dentists activity is to pronounce and expertises especially forcourts and organs carry on prepared proceed (prosecutor, police) and for corporative organs. Because of that fort the conclusion of some physicians appoint the Team of physician’s pronounce and expertises for the courts. The tasks of that team: opinions and conclusions about allcases pronouncement physicians, arrange scientific, training, disscussion and the other meetings also with justice authority and the other participation, inform about scientific articles and books on the subject of medical pronounces, cooperations with other experts and also with pronounced physicians and present to the Chairman of the Board selected problems and in the future to help courts and other to look for court experts in complicated cases. There were described the activity od the Team from 2010 to 2016 especially in candidates for court experts and court experts professional training and the book for the court experts in which will be descibe all aspects and problems of contacts with Justice Authority maybe for court experts. The possibility organisational evolution of the team and summary of its work also was describe in the present form of team’s work.
