Summary/Abstract: Chagatai is one of the most important languages of Central Asia Turkish Language Family. When we glance at the texts which were written in Chagatai Language, we can see that it has a large vocabulary. With a view to mark this possessions, we prepared a Chagatai-Turkey Turkish etymological dictionary. It has more than 30.000 words. This dictionary indicated that Chagatai Language has more interesting vocabulary and this vocabulary should be stated expressly and analysed. Another point is that loanwords in Chagatai Language are too much. Together with Arabic and Persian, we coincide with loanwords from Mongolian, Indian and Sogdian. In this paper, we will dispute only five words into the vocabulary of Chagatai Language. These are kumalak ‘circular, round’, çaylak ‘a kind of bird’, yagdu ‘light, brightness’, kurumsak ‘quiver’ and soymaç ‘a kind of play’, sakalduruk ‘a strap covered with brocade fixed to a hat, so that the hat may be fastened below the chin and does not fall off’, yurtçı ‘guide, a man who builds homeland’.
