Summary/Abstract: The article „The Relation and the Influence of Group Work in the academic excellency” is aiming to show one of the most important benefits of theater training through artistic classes in the Romanian high schools. The teacher, through his pedagogical skills and capabilities,can significantly contribute to maximizing the effects of educational and psycho social climate of specialized practical and theoretical classes. The general atmosphere in the class determines the success of the training through acting techniques, practicing the learning skills, cognitive skills and capabilities of the teenage students.
