Summary/Abstract: The article substantiates the need of takinginto considerationthe psychosocial factors during the process developing criteria, in diagnosing the neurotic and psychosomatic disorders, as well as the peculiarities of diagnosing the state of combat stress reaction among servicemen as an independent social group. Particularly, among servicemen participating in the anti-terrorist operation in Ukraine.
