Summary/Abstract: Transformation of social ownership and privatization is reality in the countries that are in transition and post-transitional period and by abandoning the socialist social system and system of social ownership, existing socio-legal and other relationships change and build a concept created by the rules of the new regulation. Transforming social ownership into state ownership requires change and other relationships in society where existing relationships are transformed, in line with new or cease existing. Those processes develop slowly.
