Summary/Abstract: Establishing the rules allowing for contesting the resolutions of local government units in connection with the violation of legal interest or entitlement was kind of a statement of the legislator that the independence of local government units cannot be misused and go beyond legal boundaries. Therefore, the entity was granted legal protection by being able to perform the judicial review of resolutions of local government.
