NEW TECHNOLOGIES SUPPORTING REPORTING ABOUT THREATS FOR POLISH CRISIS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Summary/Abstract: The article concerns new technologies supporting reporting about threats for polish crisis management system. It aims at determining their usefulness in scope of ensuring twenty-four-hour circulation of information by the example of Central Reporting Application. It is about circulation of information as an one of the main determinants for effective crisis management system functioning. Particular attention is paid to analysis of chosen legislation concerning this field. The article also touches upon characterization of new technologies supporting reporting about threats. It describes assumptions of Central Reporting Application, status of activities, as well as usefulness assessment with chosen problems connected with system implementation. Considerations summed up the conclusions about usefulness of Central Reporting Application as a system reinforcing circulation of information for crisis management.
