Summary/Abstract: An important role in the student's life is the teacher. Because he keeps a lot of time with students and sees how they evolve. The teacher can be compared to a manager because they have the same roles. The most important role for a teacher or manager is to motivate, if they are motivated, then they will hard to get what they, but they will not feel compelled to do it.
