Summary/Abstract: Dropout it’s a frequent problem meeting in Romania.In our country was identified negative effects of dropout ,wich are leading to the impossibility of social integration and the possibility of growth a social marginalization. A lot of factories contributes to favoring this phenomen, we are talking firstly about factories wich turn on the familial centre like: materials and financial difficulties, the exemple by the parents , and secondly we are talking about the factories wich comes for relations with others, for example : the entourage,social influences, etc.Good practices to prevent the dropout from others states are the best example for our country. A approach is central on the psychosomatic development for every student and his needs and the methods to achieve educational responsibilities are beneficial generaly fot the educational system and particulary for the fight of reduce the dropout .
