Summary/Abstract: According to the research, it is obvious that communication in music groups, responsibility, and motivation skills have a great effect on the achievements of music groups. The population of the research constitutes the violoncello students studying in musical education departments of faculties of education in Turkey. The sample of the research constitutes all the violoncello students studying in musical education department of faculty of education at Gazi University. Researchers, and experts use some points which are communication, responsibility, motivation skill points, and musical success points for this research. To sum up the results of the research; there is a positive relationship between communication, responsibility, motivation skills and musical success. One shaving these skills are more successful in musical success according to not to have. The research shows that the successful attributes of the student shaving these skills are willingness, respect, positiveness, andusing time effectively. On the other hand, the weak attributes of the students who do not have these skills are attribution to music by means of their suggestions, supporting, encouraging, or sharing to their group friends. In addition, the suggestions of the researcher is taken part in the final of the research.
