Crisis Management in Function of New Management Theory

Summary/Abstract: Modern globalization trends are noticeable all around the world; they have become inescapable. Interdependence in all aspects is everywhere, making it impossible to disregard the changes occurring in different parts of the globe. Still, given its complexity, it is very difficult to achieve any kind of balance in the system.A crisis can strike anyone - business entities, political and government institutions, other organisations, but also individuals. Crisis management can be more efficient if a crisis strategy has been developed in time.There is a way out of every crisis, but it is necessary to carefully consider the risk factors and assess the constituents of the crisis or situation at hand. The best way to prevent a crisis, or to handle it, is to train the staff in advance and set up a crisis team consisting of experts familiar with the tools that can help to predict and resolve a crisis.
