The apotheosis of dance in Blaga theater

Summary/Abstract: The following article is talking about Lucian Blaga’s theatre and it is focusing on the simbols that the movement called „dance” represents. In this article we are focusing on three plays: „Ivanca”, „Meşterul Manole” and „Tulburarea apelor”, each of these containing dance scenes that are full of symbolism. We are also clarifying the category of women in these plays as follows: the sensual, the sacre and the magician.
