Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to show the complex nature of relational abilities and their importance in shaping the dynamic capabilities of the company. This is justified especially in the conditions of changes in the environment, where the survival and development of the company may depend on the skills of managers and employees in the area of capacity utilization for the development of relational capabilities of dynamic enterprise. It is assumed that the dynamic environment, relational abilities and interorganisational relationship management have an impact on the abilities of dynamic enterprises.
