Financial Law as a separate branch of law

Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article are the issues related to the Polish financial law. They aimat answering the suestions whether the financial law should be considered as a separatebranch of law. The research on the scope of the financial law subject as such as well asits elements (mainly public finances) contribute to this analysis. The study of the aimand the subject of the law and financial regulation as well as the standards functioningwithin the field of financial law will enable the research on the codifying and separatisttrends existing in this area of law.
