Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the description and comparative analysis of morphological features of male and female corpora based on the speech of contestants in the American dating show “The Bachelor US”. The article includes a thorough scientific description of the classification of parts of speech. The most appropriate was considered to be Kaushanskaya’s classification, as it fully reveals all necessary data for the forthcoming corpus analysis. Statistical data help us draw conclusions about the morphological similarities and differences in real contemporary male and female discourse.
