Summary/Abstract: This article emphasize the meaning of building proper relationship between a teacher and a student, which is necessary to develop student’s abilities. It is very important for teachers to have not only teaching competences, but also social one in order to be in close relationship with their students, that is essential to provide support in a process of student’s education. The analysis in the article shows how important is a situation at school in building such as proper relationship. To describe the meaning of spending time at school in building direct relationship between a teacher and a student, it was used the theory of a transactional analysis.
