SPECIES OF GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ACTS

Summary/Abstract: In the article I briefly study instances in which Supreme Administrative Court’s caselaw acknowledge the existence of general administrative acts. Same is done with respect to different views in Bulgarian legal doctrine. Bearing in mind that the concept of general administrative acts is first conceived in German administrative law, in the article are studied different classifications of general administrative acts in German administrative law. In the final part of the article suggestions de lege ferenda are made to improve the legal definition of general administrative act so as to reflect differentia specifica of the legal concept of the general administrative act.
