Summary/Abstract: This study was conducted for Bener Hakkı Hakeri, who serves for Turkish Cypriot accent researches, and his study named Hakeri’s Cyprus Turkish Dictionary. Bener Hakkı Hakeri is the first person that tried to prepare a dictionary about Turkish Cypriot accent and printed the first publication about this subject after several attempts. As he did the first dictionary attempt in this field and he did research about Turkish Cypriot accent for the first time, it prompted us to take his lexiocography side in this research. In the years following the publication of Hakeri’s dictionary, Orhan Kabataş and Mustafa Gökçeoğlu prepared dictionary and continued to identify and document the existance of Turkish Cypriot vocabulary. In this study, the three dictionaries will be compared and then the obtained results will be presented and Hakeri’s lexicography will be evaluated in accordance with lexicography principle.
