Frauds of bank’s employees in knowledge economy

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article, which concerns frauds of bank’s employees, was a reason diagnosis and results of abuses between 200 thousands PLN and a few dozen millions PLN. The banking sector was chosen to analysis on the grounds of important role in economy and results of financial catastrophe. Thanks, this analysis it is possible to propose scheme of risk management occurrence of irregularities and new way of sight important role of employee, who can contribute to organizational development or collapse.
