Summary/Abstract: The present European Society is very concerned about the role of Christian fund or the place of religion within the construction of new Europe, but the relationship between Church and state, the need of the dialogue between Church and modern community or the people’s mission in Church and in the civil society.From the perspective of religion and its assumption as an identity, the discussions on a EU Constitution or the opinions of various European leaders with regard to the way in which united Europa needs to relate to each of the European religions, but also to atheists, are quite interesting.
