Summary/Abstract: In the Duchy of Warsaw it was impossible to bring the official before the court without the prior opinion of the Council of State and the consent of the king. Before the Council of State appeared: Bernard Rose – municipal president of Poznań, Józef Rokossowski – mayor of Gniezno, Aleksander Żychliński – sub-prefect of the district of Poznań, Stefan Garczyński – sub-prefect of the district of Krotoszyn, Stefan Unrug – sub-prefect of the district of Babimost, and Florian Rożnowski – sub-prefect of the district of Krobia.
