Summary/Abstract: It is time for a rapprochement between Iran, its neighbours and the West. Concessions will have to be made on all sides. Iran will obtain recognition of its system of government and its role as a regional power. On the other hand, there will be comprehensive and strict controls on the Iranian nu-clear programme.
