Summary/Abstract: The article discusses issues concerning problems of criminal law in terms of economic crime. Analysis of the criminal laws of Ukraine and Poland has been carried out. The scientific findings of economic criminal law scientists have been indicated. Examples of improved means of the criminal law on the fight against economic crime are brought on the basis of scientific studies.
