Summary/Abstract: The research aims to present for football coaches, trainers and students with football specialization the advantages of using SPI IQ software and GPSports equipment in specific training. The learning method used is represented by the demonstrative-applicative experimental form of research, with the purpose of providing knowledge and competences to use SPI IQ software and GPSports equipment for establishing the distances covered during training and maximal aerobic velocity (MAV), with addressability to football players.
