Summary/Abstract: The main objective of this article is to show the differences between the intensity of the personality traits of high school students’ exhibiting behavioral problems associated with the use of drugs and those abstaining from such substances. The differences in the intensity of three of the five personality traits are presented based on the NEO FFI model. The presented results are of practical value and can have an impact on the efficacy of therapeutic, prophylactic or social rehabilitation programs.
