Summary/Abstract: Report about first incidents of corruption in modern Serbian history (the Kingdom of Serbia in lthe second half of XIX century), appeared during the so-called Ristic-Blaznavac regency (1868-1871). Political and business clandestine agreements emerged in the shadow of the underaged prince Milan Obrenovic, creating powerful family clans linked by interclan interests.
