VICES OF CONSENT IN NEW CIVIL CODE

Summary/Abstract: Vices of consent provided by the old Civil Code, are also included in the new Civil Code, the latter presenting them in a clearer and more comprehensive form. The CCprovides new regulqation in the field and we will analyse briefly the main changes brought hereby the new regulation, comparing to the old one. The Civil code is dedicated to the principle ofgood faith that the parties must show the initiation and conduct negotiations for the contract.
