Summary/Abstract: Current changes in education require a new concept of training teachers, under the virtue of training professionals. Vocation, talent, skills, must be discovered, exploited and developed over years of study infaculty, it forms the basis of technological and pedagogical mastery. Thus, we can say that schoolingmethods are systematic ways of working that allow teachers to complete the schooling activity. For theteacher, such teaching methods serve to the management and conduction of systematic actions throughwhich students will achieve educational objectives (didactical methodology/ pedagogicalmethodology).For this purpose, in this study we take into consideration, the analysis / explanation ofteaching – learning active and interactive learning methods which are modern. The motivational factorwhich stood behind the choice of this theme is that of discovering appropriate and motivational methodsto suit all situations encountered as a teacher. Also, we submitted to the idea of teaching practice whichis relevant to process of choosing this topic.
