Summary/Abstract: The necessity of creation of priority development territories of tourist type in Ukraine, where benefits will be provided for investors, has been highlighted in the paper. The author deals with the problems of legal regulation of priority development territories. The main conditions has been defined according to which the effective functioning of territories of priority development of tourist type should be provided.
