The analyses presented in the article are based on subject literature and selected statistical methods (Spearman correlation).T The process of argumentation: Introductory considerations are based on selected subject literature, which is followed by the statistical analysis of the collected data. At first, the relationship between participation in formal education and entrepreneurial attitude is presented, and then the relationship between formal education and an entrepreneurial attitude of students is examined. The correlation of participation in formal and informal educational activities and running own business is also reported. Research results: There is a very weak relationship between certain activities of both formal and informal forms of education and an entrepreneurial attitude and running own business, however, the power of influence of non-formal education is slightly higher. Conclusions, innovations and recommendations: The conclusions of the study may contribute to the transformation of the education system and the evolution of instruments which support the development of entrepreneurship towards the organization of activities directed at developing entrepreneurship.
